Second of three (2/3) River Valley Walks
The North Saskatchewan River Valley could become Alberta’s first Urban National Park! Join the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society chapter of Northern Alberta in exploring Edmonton’s diverse urban parks this summer.
Terwillegar Park is a large, 186-hectare naturalized space, currently serving as an multi-use recreational space.
Make sure to come wearing good footwear for hiking on dirt trails, a water-bottle, and pack an extra layer incase of light rain or wind.
Weather permitting, we will meet by the giant metal sculpture beside the parking lot at 16360 Rabbit Hill Rd NW at 6:30pm.
